Usually it means sales has a lot of influence and performance numbers matter a lot. In healthy teams, that looks like clear goals, support, and collaboration with product and marketing. In unhealthy ones, it can mean constant pressure, short term thinking, and little patience for learning. The key is asking how success is measured and how people are coached when they miss a target.
