Where are people finding design jobs? I feel like major job sites are sparse with design or creative jobs. I see less than 25 jobs in the whole country that's remote??? i'm trying upwork but I cant afford the cost of submitting a ton of bids. Is the industry that bad right now? How did anyone get their jobs? Please explain?

Hey all! My organization is looking to hire an Account Manager/Director/Customer Success person that will be managing junior consulting resources with clients.
