I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

Please suggest between two options for 8+ yrs exp. java microservices developer.

Capgemini band C2 (senior consultant)

I am looking for long term association, probably for 3-4 years or more. My priorities are :
Job security > work culture > Appraisals

Iqvia was famous to give single digit (4-5%) increment. Is it still the same case? Or things have improved to 12-14%? Based on performance and other factors for sure.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.
