You can use the filters on here and other platforms. What kind of roles you’re looking for ?
The legit remote roles are probably seeing 100+ applications within the first 24-48 hours of being posted. So it's difficult to get noticed when there are so many people applying for the same role.
Most of the time it’s either the job boards or the resume getting filtered before a person sees it. I’d stop spraying the same resume everywhere and try 1:1 tailoring for 5-10 roles first, especially matching the exact phrases in the posting.
Also worth checking if your resume is getting mangled by ATS stuff like columns, text boxes, icons, or weird headers/footers. I had one version that looked clean to me but parsed like garbage in Workday and Taleo, so it never had a chance.
If you want a quick sanity check, run it against a real job description and see what keywords are missing. I used ResumeJudge, Jobscan, and SkillSyncer for that kind of thing, and the gaps were usually embarrassingly obvious.
What kind of roles are you applying to btw, and are they mostly through LinkedIn Easy Apply or direct company sites?
