Waste less time doomscrolling, spend time each morning in quiet contemplation, turn off devices 2 hours before bed, up my running to 25-30 miles per week, stretch more.
Be better
Retire, Get a second tat, learn Japanese, cook more
I’m leaving my job mid year 2025. Going to:
- cook more
- fish more
- rock climb more
- mountain bike more
- read more
- exercise more
- explore Canada in a camper
- travel (personal)
- visit friends and family more often

Ok well now I feel like a jerk. My intent was to highlight that quality time is what matters, rather than “doing math”. But, you’ve all opened my eyes - activities are activities and doing challenging things with your kids is great for their frustration tolerance skills - hard things in a nurturing loving environment. Thanks all
