Why EY GDS HRs do not listen to the candidate. They asked me about my details. After a week they came up with a stupid CTC structure that is equivalent to my CCTC. Why would anyone join the company on flat increment?

When I countered them with my expectations, they just stated that this is the max budget they can offer. I can accept or decline. Seriously!!
