Why is every entry level retail role asking for two years of experience now? I saw a posting for a basic stockroom assistant that required a history in high volume logistics and three professional references. It is a job folding shirts in the back, not managing a global supply chain.
Is it even worth applying to these if you do not meet the "requirements" on paper?
