Why the employer’s who post their jobs on this platform never opened up the application’s? I have applied multiple times and never received any response? Are these jobs and people are fake? Please help me to understand this situation.

From what I've been dealing with it has alot to do with Google and its ghost jobs. Because I was forced to log into this sight every few days . As soon as I did my entire job search went crazy im a Cook and I get jobs for dental assistant...welder .. sales rep for insurance company. And jobs in other states or jobs hours away from my location also ill get sent jobs near me but not one job is close to me

It can definitely feel frustrating, but it doesn’t always mean the jobs are fake. A lot of employers get flooded with applications and either don’t have time to respond to everyone or only reach out to shortlisted candidates. Sometimes roles are also filled internally or paused after being posted.
It’s still worth applying, but pairing it with follow-ups or direct outreach to recruiters can improve your chances of getting a response.

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. Any helpful advice?

Started the internal GC process in October 2018. Today I-485 status changed to "we ordered your new card." My jail free card is finally on the way I guess. Hope everyone with pending I-485 gets your GC soon!
