I have got 18+2(Joining bonus) in LTC.

And i have got another offer with 20 + 1(joining bonus). But the work is not up to the mark here.

Is it advisable to ask LTC to match with another offer?

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.
