Will LTC entertain counter offer?

I have got 18+2(Joining bonus) in LTC.

And i have got another offer with 20 + 1(joining bonus). But the work is not up to the mark here.

Is it advisable to ask LTC to match with another offer?

Did you ask for a counter offer? And what response did you get from them?

There is nothing wrong with asking LTC to match the offer. Atleast you should try once I guess.
