I have been working as technical customer success manager from last 2 years and worked as Business analyst for 1 year. In total I am holding an experience of 3.2 years. I am good with SQL, Advanced Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Google Sheets, Power Point, Jira, Asana etc.

I thought I could push through how boring it is but nah, not really. Happy I made this choice because it’s a big client but not sure I can do it for long. How long would you give it before quitting? I’m really trying to make the switch to experiential/PR so any help/lead on agencies is appreciated 😶

Been in the strat game for over a decade; I’ve realized that a strong department with clear process that is built on end to end problem solving (with time to think) is when I’m happiest vs this award show / case study grind. What are some agencies you all work or have worked at, that value strategy as a department and not a creative case study farm? Looking to figure out what’s next.

Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). It felt like a little while ago agencies were begging to hire new talent, and most couldn’t find new people. Is it really that hard to get a job at an agency? Maybe I’m just out of touch being in this career for so long.
