Wipro background verification is doing by KPMG , so they asked me to share all the previous companies salary statement from bank for12 months and asked drug test also

My query if the first company is 2012 i need to take the bank statement for that company also don't know why this guys taking this much salary statement details . I talked to hr they told KPMG vendor is verys strict so it is expected???

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
