Working in a call center brings all kinds of experiences, some good, some weird. One time, when i was working as call centre agent, I got a call from someone who turned out to work at the same company. After I helped him,he started asking for my last name and company ID so we could talk again outside of work. I told him it was against the rules, but he kept insisting. Later, he even messaged me on Teams as ke knew my first name. I never replied. The whole thing made me feel really uncomfortable.

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.
