Depends on how much experience you have working in tax/audit.
You won’t get hired for manager, but you might get hired for senior associate.
I would say it's worth applying to everything and seeing what you get. Some companies are going to be fine with it, others won't even consider you. But you never know which is which until you put yourself out there.
Big 4 firms do hire experienced candidates who are still working on the CPA exams. Passing multiple sections shows progress and commitment, and firms generally expect you to continue completing the remaining exams after hire. Highlight your passed sections, relevant experience, and a clear plan for finishing the CPA to strengthen your chances. Many hires start with only 1–3 exams done and finish the rest within the first year or so. If you are committed to finishing it, then not a big deal.
