I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. Change Management consultants who exited consulting, what roles have you taken on in the industry?

I’m a new grad hire (7 months) in the OCM consulting space. I’m passionate about change management and communication strategy. I've been reading, googling, and perusing anything I can get my hands on about OCM, including old OCM deliverables and our current methodology. My People Manager told me that OCM is a journey when it comes to understanding it and that a lot of that knowledge is gained through just experience. Does anyone have any tips they’ve gained in their OCM journey to share?
