How saturated is the Medicaid planning / elder law area in Florida? Looking to branch into this area as I find it really interesting.

I am branching into in Florida. I think with people consistently retiring and moving it’s never going to over saturated.

I don't feel like it's saturated whatsoever. I am in Central Florida and we definitely need waaay more good attorneys who do this work. (And bless you for taking an interest in truly helping those in need).

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
If anyone has made a similar transition, it would be great if you could help me understand how do I go about this.

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Tried researching this for hours but only found info on applying to other agencies.
