Depends on the state. I’d seriously consider it, and if the destination was desirable, probably.
I’d consider it if I liked the state. It would have to be 300% or more for Florida.
How much more or less is the cost of living? And what’s the size of the job market in comparison? The lure of money fades if there’s not a healthy number of job prospects that aren’t remote. Spouse? Kids? A lot to take into consideration that $ won’t necessarily be the solve
Not exactly where I want to go but it could be a good place? Anyone here from Indiana who wants to improve my opinion about the place?
It'd mostly depend on location. Is it somewhere I want to be? Is the cost of living similar to where I'm at so I would actually benefit from the 30% increase? If yes to both, I'd probably go for it.
A 30% pay bump and a fresh start I would be accepting that offer so quick you don’t even know I’d probably accept that offer for 10% pay increase. Yeah I guess it depends on which state you’re moving to, but I would be up for it.
