Happy Wednesday y’all

We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.

No need to panic. There are some agencies laying people off but there are plenty of agencies who are hiring and doing well. The job market is crazy here, I got three recruiters reaching out in the past 2 weeks.
when you come here, make sure you do your job well, become one of the better and demanded creatives of the agency.
If you are on an O1, that should be possible. That’s why they got you.
You’ll be fine. Take a jump. We can’t control what the future brings anyway.
Thanks, needed this.

Go for it. You could stay home and get laid off there anyway. Might as well shoot your shot.
Generally speaking, if youre good enough that someone would sponsor your visa, you’re good enough not to lay off.
There aren’t mass layoffs. Certain agencies are just preparing themselves for a potential recession by cutting back now. A lot of other places are hiring though.
Cheers. The thing is that I kinda self sponsored myself. Haven't done many interviews because I'm waiting on a family matter. So I can go, or I can stay. I want to go, definitely, but I could wait and it wouldn't affect the duration of my visa.
Follow your dreams. But Layoffs haven’t really hit agencies yet. They hit tech and some clients but those clients are still wrapping projects and losing budgets for second half of year. More agency layoffs are on the horizon.
