Probably. Melatonin is okay but I found magnesium gives me a great deep sleep.
Yes magisuim is great I take it too but still wake up
100%, at least for women. Every woman I know - single, with a partner, has kids, etc - almost always tell me they can’t wait to crawl into bed to pass out. I’m the same and unfortunately have tried everything under the sun to try to get deep sleep (natural supplements, overnight sleep studies with doctors resulting in prescriptions that make me sluggish all day so they aren’t practical, etc) but can only get restful sleep about once a month. It’s a nightmare and impacts every part of my life. Total struggle.
Yes so many struggle I can relate
