You don't need to worry about Job Security. CEO Arjun Rao has made that clear.
Talking about WLB, It depends on Project & Manager. In my case, I have very good and understanding Manager so i don't need to worry about anything but I have heard few friends that they have to work to long time everyday because of some deliverables. But i think this scenario will be there in almost all the companies.
There is no politics here.... and you can reach anyone for anything.... Let it be CEO or MD.

In ValueLabs, most of the projects are in a toxic culture like Micromanagement, tight deadlines, small projects, Not following Agile, and going beyond our work hours. In my project Manager will do everything like BA, Scrum Master(assigning of tasks only not following agile), and QA. He will call me every 2-3hours for task completion status. These are some parameters to determine the toxic culture in the project. If these are there in ur project, look for out deciding with better WLB and job security.Finally, in ValueLabs, u will have less WLB and job security
I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with the hiring process at ValueLabs.
After traveling to Hyderabad for what I believed would be a significant opportunity, I was disappointed to find that the HR interview was conducted virtually. Furthermore, the offered salary of 3.6 LPA was below my previous compensation of 3.75 LPA, despite my qualifications and experience. I had clearly communicated my salary expectations, initially around 6 LPA, and later at least 5 LPA, yet these were not taken into consideration.
Additionally, I found the communication from the HR team to be inconsistent and unprofessional. Negotiations seemed to shift unexpectedly, and I encountered a lack of follow-through, which ultimately led to confusion regarding my application status.
While I have great respect for ValueLabs as an organization, my recent experience has left me questioning the values and professionalism upheld within the team. I hope that this feedback can be taken constructively to improve future candidate experiences.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF FAKE PROMISES. IN THIS COMPANY LEADS AND HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENTS ARE WORST THAN I EVER SEEN. I HAVE HUGE RESPECT FOR COMPANY AND CEO BUT I WONDERED HOW VALUELABS LEADERS WAY OF TAKING AND BEHAVING.I'M SORRY TO CONVEY THIS I BELIEVE IN COMPANY DESPITE OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS IN GOOGLE BUT AT THE END THOSE ARE TRUE.
