Don’t wear makeup when you fly, and wear sunscreen and lots of moisturizer. You may need to get on an antibiotic for the cystic acne. I pack my skincare into travel bottles because I can’t not use them during the week. Same with shampoos and such. Also I carry fiber one or some type of fiber supplement with me to help me go to the bathroom because I have bloating/constipation issues when I travel as well
Good idea about the fiber. I always bring my whole skincare routine since my face is a huge jerk.
Have you seen a doctor about this? Bloating is normal, but a fluctuation of 10 pounds does sound like a lot. I always try to reduce sodium and alcohol before flying. Also, try some natural diuretics such as dandelion tea, ginger, etc.
Also, hate to say it, but cutting out carbs also helped me tremendously 😬. Difficult, but worth it!

If you’re bloating in your legs, wear comfortable shoes, and try out compression socks. Also second the suggestion to see a doctor. Fluctuating +10 lbs seems doesn’t feel like it’s normal - better to be safe to check.
Make sure you’re hydrated before you get on the plane, and wear a dense face and body moisturizer.
Don’t eat salty foods a few days before, leading up to the trip.
Drink 8oz water for each hour you fly PLUS the regular 64 oz for the day. That last point is the most important.

Electrolyte imbalances and hormonal changes could be behind all this so I suggest seeing a doctor. Try slowly sipping water with electrolytes during the flight. Buy one of those little packets with electrolytes you can add to your water during the flight. Apply a thin lightweight serum to your face
