One thing that COVID-19 has taught you?

Me and my husband booked a house back in March for 1.3 M in Bay area. We paid the EMD of 30K. Since then the real estate price has dropped and interest rate has increased. eb1, 2,3 ,5 all seem backlogged .. May have limited knowledge of gc process..but does it mean unless there’s a major change in policies, there’s no real chance of GC for Indian born immigrants now?
