Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

People should be very careful to understand exactly what is going on here because many think they understand and are way off.
US Soccer offered the same contract options to both teams the last time they negotiated. The women took the more risk-adverse option of the two which had a lower potential payout but higher guaranteed payment. If the team were to be eliminated in the early rounds, the players would be paid much more with the risk-adverse deal than the performance-based deal. The team then claimed sex-based wage discrimination when instead of getting knocked out early, they won. Had the team taken the more performance-based deal as the men had, they would have been paid more.
This is the equivalent of suing your money manager because they put you in an etf instead of an individual stock that outperformed the market. The courts have already ruled on the situation, and it is clear that the difference in wages between the men’s and women’s teams is because of the different contract choices either team made, NOT because of gender or sex-based wage discrimination.
I want to be clear that I fully believe wage discrimination is wrong and that I want the women’s team to be paid as much as they can because the organizations and sponsors have more than made their money back. But let’s be very careful to understand the difference between differing outcomes and discrimination.
