HCL software usually gives wfh so of you are planning to move back to non metro then its a good option . Work wise it will become stagnant as product tech usually never changes!!!
If planning to stay in metro then go for US firm offer as onhand will be good

HCL soft has wfh but there recruitment process is different and that is product based. Even its hr team is different. If you are recruited for hcl tech then its tough to ask for hcl soft

How did you manage to get more then 100% hike?

Also in this case, HCL seems better if ur looking for a stable career and dont want to have the risk of job hunting. US based startup definitely has better pay and will also help you learn at a faster pace but if things go bad, you maybe laid off

I thought HCL product that is standard ctc since a product company with good background? Is it not the case then whats the average ctc there for this experience, since i dont want to be the first to get fired because of pay parity

Has anyone been successful negotiating a “breach notification costs” provision in contracts with vendors? What are some good args to include it?
