TCS: 25L variable (I'm surprised seeing the lowest basic), yet to get offer letter in hand post approval.
HCL: 26L variable
Hexaware: can offer upto 25.5L as fixed.. Yet to process interview.

Which one would be better for next 2-4years? Genuine company with slight employee benefits would be great.

I recently cleared all rounds of interview for Mindtree and waiting for the offer letter. However, since Mindtree has been recently acquired by LTI, is there any layoff expected to happen in Mindtree?

I'm TC2 at Deloitte w. 2 YOE and MAcc. Working on CPA exam. Some of my team peers moved to Capital One as Senior Business Analyst and it seemed good to me too. Recently I was contact by Cap One. The recruiter asked me if I'm interested in- Analyst/ Associate/ Risk Manager roles at Commercial bank (related to real estate or credit). Those roles require 1-3 YOE, but not Master's or CPA. Does anyone know if above positions are as competitive as SBA?
