Yes, this happens to me a lot. My hand is freezing cold but my entire body is warm. Make it make sense, please
I know the feeling. Can't tell if it's the weather or just me.
Yep, every night 🥵 🥶
Lol yes this is me every night! I have two blankets to start the night, then one, then two, then none 😩 its a struggle.

Same!!!!!
I used to keep my feet out from under the covers because they were always hot. Now, with menopause my feet are always cold, so I wear light socks to bed with the fan directly on me in my bamboo (cool to the touch) nightgown as the rest of me sweats. 🤦🏻♀️
And of course my husband used to always be hot while I was cold, now he’s always cold while I’m hot.

The body is very strange 😂
Sure do!
Even in the classroom sometimes I’m taking off my sweater because it’s usually very cold, but I hear the AC still going strong and the kids are still bungled, so it’s just me. 😩😂🤣

Me too!!!
Yes! It is always 50/50. Half of my cover is under the cover, the other half not.
Ahahaha!! This is me today wearing shorts with a jacket. I don't know why I thought that that was a good idea or perhaps I wasn't thinking at all.

Constantly. I always keep my feet out from under the blankets. I used to feel bad when I kept the windows open in the winter. I’d be roasting and the kids would have on hoodie sweatshirts. They know to come to class dressed warmly. #doesmenopauseeverreallyend
Menopause!!! Got to love it!!!
Oh My God THIS!!! Someone please explain the science!!!

Right???
That is me every night when I got to be. I keep my air on because I sweat in my sleep. I have a pretty heavy duvet, so every night I have to decide from being cold without the blanket or hot with it.
Your ability to defy the laws of thermal comfort is truly remarkable, and I have to say, I'm a bit envious. While I'm stuck either shivering or sweating, you've discovered the perfect balance between warmth and coolness.

Thank you, I try 😂
