I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.

Just wanted to know if this happens with everyone while switching or am I the only one.

I stayed with Infosys for 8 years and had best ratings but never got onsite.. now I switched to captive but really want to go onsite. I will switch again next year but would really like to join company which send it's people onsite soon.. any suggestions?? P.S. Is it true that in consulting role you work only one project at a time and that too lasts only a couple of weeks?

How is Infosys Consulting as an organization? I heard that it is different than its other entities (Infosys BPM, Infosys Ltd, etc.) and is doing good with projects and quality of work. They are offering a decent 60% hike on CTC basis for Sr. Consultant role. Is it a good move to move from Cognizant Consulting to Infosys Consulting?
