ZS India should stop the employee referral program and fire everyone involved.
It's useless, worthless and a waste of time.

I am pretty sure, either ZS gets benefitted via third party hiring or HRs are getting paid under the table.

All my referrals have gone unnoticed, even though the profiles were a 100% match.

We need to stop referring and wasting our time.

This is so true. I am glad someone put it here. Till date I have referred so many candidates and all were a perfect match. No action on any of the profiles. Now when people reach out to me for referrals I tell them ZS does not have a referral program.

Hi everyone.

I need valuable suggestions from you all! I want to migrate to Canada and settle the after getting a PR. I am an associate looking for masters degree in analytics or management field. Budget is limited but can extend it till 35L INR. Tam only considering courses with duration of atleast 16 months so that I get PGWP (Work Permit) of 3 years which would improve my chances of PR.
