Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?
Has someone accepted the offer but didn't join and later joined again after some months?
Please let me know

If I don't consider pay, which company is the best to go for considering work and culture(peope friendly).

I have asked for 125% hike with CTS, and they accepted for it.
@em which company are you working in?
On my first offer I asked for 100%, they accepted it. On next offers with countering I reached 210% with my final joining company. (I don't work at ibm anymore). Just ask for it and then keep on getting offers and keep countering. Market is like that right now.
Which offer u got 210% first offer or second offer?
For people who are quoting high percentages, do quote your absolute Current CTC as well. A 100% hike on 5-8 LPA is not the same as say a 100% on 15LPA and it only gets difficult at higher levels.
Exactly what I was thinking. Many are confusing with these percentages everywhere without even realise it through simple Histogram.

So I got around 300% appraisal from my current and have 1.7 yrs of exp as software developer.So its all about offer shopping .(current was 7)

I asked 60% , hr offered 50%. They sent for approval and it's done now.

At EY I was at 19 LPA and I switched to PwC recently and got 50%
They were reluctant at 30% but I negotiated and then they agreed

I had really low base ctc and i started with 100%, they gave 60. I interviewed for another and they directly gave me 100% without negotiation. Afterwards, i used ot to get 160% hike. But this might be because my base was quite low

i asked for 80% and they gave it

If counter offer is there then TCS shall match it.
I got 80% hike but started with 30%. I initially had asked 30%. Later on with the help of counter offers i could reach 80%.
I asked 100% they offered me 75%.
I asked for 110% hike and Infy agreed for that. TCS offered 50k more than Infy and retention incentive 30k

I got an offer for 80 percent first(asked for 70 percent actually) but I was sure I didn't want to join that so I didn't even put my papers in the current Organization. Used the same offer to get a 145 percent hike. Quoted exact package this time. They gave it without any further discussion with 5% variable.

I was also in the same scenario i was having 3.4 yoe and having 4.2 lpa but i landed to 15 lpa + joining bonus + variable in EY that to after 3 offers having in hand 1st CTZ - 8.4 lpa, 2nd PWC - 10.10 lpa and 3rd was for WNS Global - 13.2 lpa. So by this i almost got 400% hike. So it’s not like that you can’t it’s just the matter of a good company who is ready to pay you and you have the latest technical skillset accordingly.
