Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

Does anyone in this group have ADHD? Are you finding that working in a law firm setting and billing hours is just not something they can do or is it possible with the proper medication and therapy?

I don’t cut my hours, I consistently reach 7 hours a day, but it’s not enough to meet my firm’s minimum requirement. I’m usually working 9 hours/day.

I’d like to attend an event for HNBA which was advertised within my firm. The event is for 2-3 days but I’m not sure how to bring it up with my group. Any advice would be appreciated.

Not as relevant now, but how do I get over the feeling of not fitting in at the gym? I am overweight and only see really fit people all around me, so it’s nerve-wrecking and I’m super conscious!

Does anyone else get really cold feet? I’m wearing three layers of socks and still not super warm. The rest of my body is relatively fine but it feels like my feet stay ice cold no matter what I do. I tried googling what health issue this might be/remedies to no avail 😕

Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit. There are so many major issues in this company that I don’t know if I want to subject my mental health to this degree of toxicity. I just don’t know how to move forward from here.
