How is everyone doing with the buildup to the holidays? Are you excited for a break? I thought this back to school season would be a lot harder than it was. I have to say that I've been coping well and making some lifestyle changes was a huge part of it. I hope you're all having a great week!

Really trying not to spiral, and my practice group leader has been openly hostile to and dismissive of me lately. I have chronic health issues and I’m severely depressed. I can’t even get myself to work anymore. If I don’t quit, I’m in serious danger of being fired. Tomorrow they are requiring masks again and I was almost in tears when I found out. We have been mask free (recommended) since June and I feel like we are being muzzled again. I am vaccinated, frustrated, and have been off of antidepressants since March. I don’t even want to go into work tomorrow. Anything is better than being virtual and I am trying to look at the bright side, but moving backward still burns. We have parent-teacher conferences coming up and I am hoping that it’s temporary.
