I read this article and immediately thought of myself. When I’m most anxious I have a recurring dream that entails a car, an out of control situation, and intense fear/terror. Do you have recurring dreams and if so, what’s the theme?

Hi All,
I gave my interview with TCS both technical and MR round. It's been 11days no information yet, will they do call for HR round or how it could be considered (pass/fail).
Do they send any rejection mail if we get rejected?? Mostly after how many days I can expect a hr call???
Your Opinions are matters.
Thanks.

Yes. Recurring nightmares for almost two years now. They often involved rushing around trying to run from something or find something while in a crowd of everyone I know. Or a social situation that devolves into a car chase, or my car going off a cliff, or falling a long distance. They're honestly awful.
They ARE awful. I’m so sorry that you’ve been dealing w this for such a long time.
I have nightmares on a regular basis about work due to real-life violence at my campus (shooting on campus that resulted in the death of a student; violent fights; weapons on campus; negligent campus police and administrators). The nightmares typically involve me running and hiding. I don't have anxiety - this is unresolved trauma from work that I need to process, instead of bury.
It sounds like unresolved trauma. I’m sorry you’re going through this.
