Does anyone know the average performer bonus of a senior manager in strategy? I’ve heard 10% and I’ve heard 20% which are very different.

Is it a bad sign if someone else on the team is asked to review your work. The project lead (senior manager) seems busy so it’s either shes busy or questions my work.
