I think I’m completely burned out. Even though some of things I get to talk about are interesting, the layers upon layers of admin, bureaucracy, politics and just relentless expectations and numbers are sapping my soul. I’m a L9 consultant based out of San Francisco, California who was impacted by recent lay off at Accenture. I wanted to understand as per WARN Act California employees are to be given at least 60 days notice, however I was only given 3 weeks notice. Can I challenge this?
