Is it a good idea to still switch with the counter offer from Cg Capgemini Tata Consu
Alas, I don't qualify.

I want to earn good money without compromising on WLB.

Not necessarily.
I had a project team once that had so many things ready for review and due at once, that the Cs and SAs reviewed each other’s work before the Manager looked at it. We’re all one team.
When I joined ACN I was surprised that we didn’t engage in some sort of formal peer review process like my previous firm.
Or maybe my last firm was full of hacks that messed up all the time.
