Recruiters - I had my final interview with the Managing Director- Accenture UK. Recruiter messaged me saying - Initial feedback pretty good, waiting on full from him.

What does he mean? Is it a positive feedback? Is it a good sign?

Are cover letters important if they don’t ask for one? There are so many job postings and applicants I can’t tell if they would be beneficial to show effort or just a waste of time to write with how little time I assume people are looking at applications with the mass hiring going on. If I should be writing one, any advice how to format?

I have sent Documents to HR after final round but didn't hear back from HR since 3-4 days ,how many days it takes for further process at NT please advise.
