Stupid me thought Accenture is different. Like any other consulting firm, some MDs literally gave away their soul to the devil once you got promoted.

Got a good offer for L9 Tech Advisory in Tier 2 city, it is in a range that matches market and my ask. Should I still negotiate to round up?
