Got a verbal offer from an agency, asked for the weekend to think about it, followed up with an email asking for the offer in writing and now I’ve seemingly been ghosted.

That thing, where they hustle you through a multiple rounds of interviews, promise to be back in touch in a couple days, then go dark for two weeks.
