Moved to the city about 6 months ago and I’ve been disappointed in my experience. I know the pandemic is playing a factor but I didn’t expect the winter days as gloomy as they’ve been. My agency just opened a CD position. A position that I think I actually should be promoted to. So I’m thinking of applying.

I really think that some large holding companies are ever gonna force us back into the office. My ECD is based on the east coast. All three of the ACD/CD teams they hired in the past six months are east coast based. Our office is in the central time zone. Yet every job posting says “in person”. Seems like they just don’t want to advertise their hiring remote for the attractive accounts.
