Why can’t AI-powered grammar checkers figure out where to put the apostrophe in a reference to a decade (such as the ’80s)?

I have yet to remember any piece of AI slop content. The second it’s over, it’s gone. Like it never existed. Nor have I ever longed to watch one twice. AI content is a fart in the wind.
