What engineering fields have the most opportunity for someone who wants to travel as part of their job?

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up. A few years in and I’m finding that the people who have made their entire persona “advertising creative” are secretly the most miserable. I’m taking it as a lesson to treat this as a job and not a calling because it’s ultimately pretty empty.
