Ad industry is still in collective denial that AI is not going to drastically change our work lives. It’s always “it’s still too far away” “it can’t think creatively like I do.” Educate yourselves, keep an eye on what the latest is and truly think about it. Huge changes are coming for sure and they will come very very fast.

Les Binet mentions alot about brand building and activations, sometimes he will point to out to similar case studies and he would say this is brand building and this is an activation but they are very similar?

Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.
