I wish hiring managers could go on a job search and realize sometimes the process can be frustrating due to the actual hiring manager/team itself.

Experienced it a first time but the interviewer posted questions in the chat immediately after asking me in an interview. I actually appreciate that since I could sometimes go with long answers.
