No, not at all. As long as there's no direct conflict of interest, we don't have a problem with it. We're all adults here.
It is almost never a good idea to hire couples in the same office. The problem comes when you hire a qualified candidate and then find out she's married or involved with one of your current employees. There is no hard-and-fast rule or policy against having "romantic partners" in the work place, or to prohibit such a situation from occurring among employees, but there are enough potential headaches involved to discourage it if at all possible. Issues include "what happens at home not staying at home," overly affectionate displays in the office, and the very real prospect of losing two employees if one of them just isn't working out.
