It all depends on the contract itself. It should state any and all restrictions for you to review/consider before agreeing.
Most contracts have terms for this. Notice times etc. Keep in mind they can (and will) fire you whenever they feel like, so don’t feel bad if you leave early.
Terms should be clear in contract BUT you can leave whenever you want. I would suggest if you receive an FTE offer to give at least a 1 week notice and let them know you accepted a full-time role. This happens all the time and really shouldn’t be an issue. As long as you leave in a professional manner, it’s all good.
I wouldn’t bring it up during the interview process. Do what you gotta do to get those bills paid!
