Laid off in November and up for a contract role through the summer. Would love to know if candidates are locked into contract roles through the end date or is there flexibility if you find a FTE role before the end date to end it early? I’m getting nervous I won’t find a FTE role by end of March but don’t want to be locked in. What’s the best way to ask this and not totally ruin my chances if I decide to take it? The pay is low but I also got billz.

Isn’t 100k base pay too little at a boutique asset mgmt firm? 4 yrs buy side experience, started at the same firm straight out of college.
