My latest title is holding me back. It’s not this FB title. Are there any solutions to fixing a title that doesn’t match your career aspirations/historical experience besides lying or formatting it like this:
Ideal Title (internal title: XYZ)

One recruiter suggested lying and I haven’t done that. ALL my other experience matches my goals, it’s just that my most recent job’s title doesn’t = a title they want.

Any creative resume tips? I’m getting passed over by a title skim

I cleared Accenture interview and today got an email to upload documents on their portal. Also, got a call from HR and she asked about the salary expectations and other details. And few minutes later I found that my profile has been put on hold.

question is, they will negotiate with me or they have rejected my profile ?

What is typically the policy for putting the deals you have worked on in your resume? I have seen conflicting notes on whether you can include or not (only the deals that are closed and public)

What do hiring managers want to hear when they ask "What's your process?" because I don't think I have one.

And when I explain something from Lean UX or something then apparently that's too cookie cutter.

I've done 26 interviews in the last month and I half and I've gotten no where 🥲

But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

I have attended a managerial interview which was scheduled for 30 minutes. It also went well. I answered 90 to 95% of the questions.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

I’ve noticed that HR, when explaining why a candidate didn’t get the job, tend to lean on “You’re great, but we had candidates with more experience in [skill relevant to the job].” I do believe this is true in some cases, but it can’t possibly be for all of them.

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? Started a new job search about 2 weeks ago. Of the 14 recruiter screening calls I’ve gone through, all went amazingly well, and I’ve only heard back at all from 4 since the calls. Why?

I have resigned and my agency is not counting my approved PTOs for two weeks. I put notice for 30 days, is there any way I can negotiate? Or is there any law that prevents companies to cancel hard earned PTOs?
