I've seen signs of prospective clients hiring recruiters, only to not bring on any of the talent that the recruiters send in. Is this a common problem for "growing teams," or is market weird?
Is a beefed up LinkedIn Profile really needed? Are recruiters looking for pages w/ a lot shared articles, connections & recommendations or is it just a nice plus up & the bare minimum will suffice?
