Many openings in McKinsey. DM me for referrals.
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Yeah this is real, and it'll save you time as well. The last thing you want is to go through an entire interview process just to get to the last stage and get turned down because the company won't do sponsorships.
A1 is talking about candidates who need sponsorship. So were you when you replied to them. It’s not applicable to the screengrab at all which is about people who DON’T need visa sponsorships.
Yes
It’s not a thing. If I have a question about your work authorization status, I’ll ask you.
