What do you think the solution(s) to diversity is in big law? Racial, ethnic, gender, etc. So much of what firms do seems empty or not effective/easy. Maybe the issue is beyond law firm fixing.
Where would you put your money? Would you lease office space in a big building and pay more or would you lease space in a single story building and pay significantly less?
