It finally happened to me - amidst all glowing reviews, got one blatantly unfair review from a partner that won’t even say hi to me in the hallway, I hardly work with her beyond 1 or 2 occasions (only billed 50 hrs on her matters). Today the practice group chair told me that partner is too important and therefore I should gtfo. Every POC associate I know feels the same way about that partner, but none of us have any concrete proof of any foul play beyond that she’s rude and plays favorites.
