I'm a midlevel who works closely with a first-year associate (a white male) I really like. We've noticed that opposing counsel often directs questions to him, calls him, or emails him without cc'ing me, even though I'm the lead. He always loops me back in and corrects them. This only happens with people outside our firm. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I have to let them know by tomorrow, but thoughts on if this is a good career move for someone who wants to work in transactional work-RE or Bankruptcy?
